The Sport-Thieme “Thermo Move” exercise mat not only enhances your comfort when exercising but also allows you to intensify your stretches during your Pilates, yoga and other workouts. The mat will also help you stay toasty when you’re not exercising, and the heat will relax and soothe your neck, back and pelvic floor muscles. It can be used on both sides, is non-slip and can be disinfected using a conventional cleaning product. If you’re unsure, test the disinfectant on a small area beforehand. The thermal mat can be rolled up for compact storage (in the Sport-Thieme Movebox, for example). Please note: The mat must only be used when unrolled. It must not be covered and should only be used indoors or in a dry, protected outdoor area.
