The Sport-Thieme “Pro Flex” punching ball is the perfect piece of training equipment for boxing training in a gym or boxing club. Its stand can be filled with water or sand and it features a durable punching ball. When filled, the “Pro Flex” weighs approx. 44 kg and can safely withstand harder blows. The central, 8-cm-long spring perfectly absorbs the punches. It also ensures a fast rebound in all directions. This prompts the boxer to react quickly, therefore effectively training their reaction and punching power. The Sport-Thieme “Pro Flex” punching ball’s height can be adjusted to 6 different levels ranging between 152 and 177 cm, making it ideal for use by boxers of different heights.
