The Sport-Thieme “Gym 15” gymnastics mat is specially designed for use in the gym and at home. The closed-cell special foam is extremely dirt and water repellent. If the mat gets dirty, simply clean it with some lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Thanks to a thickness of 15 mm and excellent absorption properties, the durable training mat guarantees the highest level of comfort with pronounced resilience. Warm to the body and insulating against cold floors: thanks to the mat’s properties, it can be used on both sides – one side is grooved, the other is smooth. Besides classic applications such as for use in the gym, in rehabilitation and gymnastics the mat can also be used in water. The training mat is made from high-quality foam and is triclosan and latex-free.
