The latter feature heart-rate contact grips, allowing you to keep an eye on your pulse during your workout. The cross trainer boasts a high-speed flywheel, which, in contrast to conventional flywheels, enables smooth and quiet operation of the cardio machine, making start-ups easier. The incline level – there are 6 different options to choose from – can be manually adjusted on the frame.
