PedaYoga Position Cards

PedaYoga position cards: marked by difficulty
The PedaYoga position cards are special index cards for teachers and carers. The front of each card shows children the position that they have to hold. The name of the position is written on the back of the card in German, English, French and Spanish – perfect for training language skills. Thanks to the 3 colour-coded levels of difficulty, it’s easy to get started and gradually increase the challenge. Small symbols on the position cards indicate what each exercise targets. The distinguishing features are self-confidence, inner peace, balance, body awareness, flexibility, attention and tone.
