The Nautilus “R628” recumbent exercise bike: for ambitious cyclists
The Nautilus “R628” recumbent ergometer’s main benefit is that the user can get on and off the bike very easily. The handles feature a pleasant polyurethane coating, contact hand grips for heart rate monitoring and quick-select buttons for an accurate, watt-controlled workout. The lowest of the 32 resistance levels (rpm-independent) starts at 30 watts. This can be increased in 5-watt increments using the high-quality induction braking system. Even at high resistance levels and during intensive workouts, the 13.6-kg flywheel system guarantees a smooth feel at any time. For workouts without watt specifications, rpm-dependent training is also possible. What’s more, you can send data to your laptop or PC via the bike’s port to save statistics, for example.
