The short weight vest from Ironwear is excellently suited to intensive running, strength and fitness training. The large neck section and the pleasant shoulder padding makes the vest very comfortable to wear with lots of freedom to move. 18 special “Flex-metal” weights mean that the weight can be increased or reduced, which makes it quick and easy to adjust the level of training. The double hook-and-loop fastening provides excellent support.
