The Haider Bioswing Improve is an oscillating bar that is available in 2 different lengths: 130 cm and 150 cm. The shorter the bar, the higher the frequency of vibrations and therefore the greater the demands placed on your muscles. As such, the 130-cm bar is ideally suited to pros and the 150-cm bar to beginners. The bar features an oscillating wire covered with a special coating that is fitted with patented dampening elements and 2 easily adjustable frequency regulators, which allow you to find the perfect speed for you. Integrated spring steel and the dampening elements prevent the bar from oscillating too much.
