4D PRO Bungee Dance Harness – no ordinary climbing harness
The 4D PRO Dance Harness resembles a climbing harness, but serves as a training aid during bungee sports. The harness for the 4D Pro Bungee Trainer 3.1 is made of neoprene and polyester, and is extremely comfortable to wear thanks to its good fit. You can adjust the waist belt and leg loops as well as the leg straps at the front and back, making it perfectly suitable for both women and men. By hanging on elastic ropes, you can train your abdominal and back muscles as well as increase your reactive strength and your coordination. The belt can also be used as a support in therapy, for example to rebuild muscle following surgery. When combined with the 4D Pro Bungee Trainer, it provides a variety of other training options.
